Description
The PLE 280– MANUAL EMBOSSING PRESS is a manual printing machine developed for applying for embossing effects and transfers in general onto garment fabrics up to a size of 280x380mm. This model allows for the removal of the cliché-holder (typical for embossing processes) and uses of the press with several other types of transfers. The strength enhancer makes the pressing operation easy.
The swing-away system requires very little maintenance and is more convenient to the operator, also because his contact with the heat of the thermal platen will be minimized. The upper heating platen features double Teflon coating, casted-in heating resistance, and milled in aluminum to provide a uni-platen pressure over the entire platen area.
